CFO Perspective
We provide strategic advisory services to middle market clients who need operational or financial assistance for their business. The Strategic Advisory Services may be provided as a result of a referral from a lending institution or other third party that is aware of the company's needs. These clients normally need help in accounting, financial controls, assessment of assets, or refinancing in order to qualify for an acquisition loan. In many cases we provide additional insight to management as they develop their strategic plans.

We provide a high level operational and financial team to assist and advise our client. This team approach provides our client with an objective, independent view of our client's business. We review our client's goals for the business and assist in strategic planning. These services may require the refinancing of existing debt, identifying off-balance sheet financing alternatives, identifying potential acquisitions or the need for the acquisition or disposition of assets to implement the strategic plan.
